Holiday Time

With our trip to the Do It Best national hardware show we were able to add several new items to our inventory that should be especially popular during this holiday season. For the outdoorsmen/women out there, we have more than tripled our selection of pocket knives. We now carry a nice selection of Victorinox (commonly called Swiss Army Knives), Gerber, Winchester, and Case knives. All of our quality Case brand knives are made right here in the USA and are as comfortable in the pocket being used daily as they are in the display case being shown off. We are also still carrying our line of Old Timer knives by Schrade that have always been popular.

Anyone heating their home in wood or in need of an axe will be excited to learn that we now carry the largest selection of the new Fiskars axes in the area! These axes, mauls and hatchets have changed the way we split wood around here. They are built with indestructible handles and a lifetime guarantee that challenges you to punish them. The splitting axes also have a unique head design that chops up even the toughest seasoned woods with relative ease. Come in and check them out and you'll be surprised how much nicer they are than the traditional mauls.

We also are excited about our new line of flashlights by Duracell. They're called the DAYLITE and we have to say it is an accurate description. It is nearly twice as bright as the nearest competitor and because it's an LED bulb the battery life is astounding. We have a wide selection of battery types available depending on your light output needs and preference including 2xAA, 3xAAA, 2xC123, 2xD, and a 4xAA torch. We have one on display to compare it to an old standby and it is impressive what Duracell has been able to do. They are all metal construction and also carry a lifetime guarantee. They're perfect for any flashlight application.

In our New Market store we have an extended Radio Flyer collection. Everything from pedal cars, to scooters, to the old traditional wagons. We are fully stocked and ready for the holiday gift giving season. We've been receiving orders from all over the state and the stock is moving quickly. Come in and get yours before we're sold out.
